Founded in 1971 by an organization of married MSU students to provide support and care to students with families, SCDC is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that guides and develops each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. To Apply:
All applicants are required to come in person to complete an application as well as a 40 minute classroom observation during which time a center teacher will evaluate your interactions within the classroom. Please include a resume and cover letter as well as the times that you are available to work between the hours of 7:30am – 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Observations may be completed between the hours of 9-11am and 3-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Applications typically take 7-10 days to process depending upon the responsiveness of the applicant’s references. In addition, SCDC conducts criminal background checks on all applicants.
